From the very beginning, Carmen Gasparik was immersed in the world of homes. Growing up as the daughter of an architect, she was fascinated by her dad's work. She spent her time walking job sites, studying floor plans, looking through material boards, visiting showrooms, and learning about every piece of the puzzle that brings a home to life. Through her father's firm, The 4C Group, Carmen developed an appreciation for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the countless details that make every home one of a kind.It was through these experiences that she discovered her love for homes, design, and ultimately, real estate.
Carmen was also fortunate enough to grow up in Park City, a place she is proud to call home. She is incredibly grateful to have been raised in a community known for its warmth, kindness, and strong sense of connection. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, Park City shaped not only her lifestyle but also her values. The community, culture, and natural beauty of the area continue to be some of the things she loves most about living here.
After graduating from Virginia Tech, where she studied Interior Design and Real Estate, Carmen knew she wanted to return to the town that first inspired her passion for homes. Today, as a member of the Selling The Slopes team, she is surrounded by some of Park City's most respected and experienced real estate professionals. Her background in design, combined with her lifelong connection to the community, allows her to bring a thoughtful and personalized perspective to every client relationship.
Outside of real estate, Carmen enjoys staying active and supporting the community she loves. She taught reformer and mat Pilates for two years during college and grew up practicing ballet. Those experiences instilled a sense of discipline, balance, and intentionality that continue to influence both her personal and professional life. She can often be found taking long walks with family and friends, trying new restaurants, visiting her favorite local spots, shopping at boutiques, attending workout classes, enjoying aprés after the slopes, or making a coffee run to the Park City Nursery.
What Carmen loves most about real estate is being a matchmaker. She loves helping clients find the home that feels like the perfect fit for their lifestyle, goals, and next chapter. Equally rewarding is the opportunity to share the lifestyle that makes Park City so special. Her goal is to help every client find not only the right home, but a place where they can build the same sense of connection and community that has made Park City home for her.
