About Jonathan Crosswhite

Jonathan was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Lake Oswego,  Oregon. After a successful recruiting process out of high school,  Jonathan accepted a football scholarship to the University of Utah and  was the starting quarterback in 1997 and 1998 seasons for the Utes.  He wrapped up his playing career in 2000 with the NFL Arizona  Cardinals and AFL Arizona Rattlers. 

Jonathan has participated in more commercial acquisitions than any  other real estate agent in the area, including Heber & Kamas Valleys  and greater Park City. His relationships with local Planning & Building  departments, and land entitlement expertise, makes him an invaluable  partner for real estate investors and developers in both Summit and  Wasatch Counties. With years of experience under his belt, Jonathan  possesses a unique understanding of the local market dynamics and  has successfully navigated numerous complex transactions. His  expertise lies in identifying lucrative investment opportunities and  guiding clients throughout the entire process, from development,  entitlements to listing and beyond.
