Kelly graduated from Dartmouth College and began her career working in finance at Morgan Stanley. She then pivoted into tech and spent nearly a decade working for Google, leading a global sales and operations organization within Google Cloud. Kelly grew up visiting her dad and younger siblings who live in Park City, and in 2020, she and her husband decided to move to Park City to be closer to them and start their own family. They live in Park Meadows and have two young boys and a labradoodle.
