About Kristen Roscher

Kristen Roscher is the Licensed Business Manager supporting the agents of Selling the Slopes. Facilitating the seamless flow of operations she plays an integral part from start to finish for the most important people in our business - our clients.

Kristen can be found writing contracts, conducting open houses and showings, prepping homes for photography or creating and organizing digital files for properties. With her love for tech, she implements innovative processes to provide clients and agents relevant information with efficiency and ease.

Her organizational prowess ensures that no detail is overlooked, no pillow unfluffed - making the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Kristen's mastery extends beyond paperwork and processes; she has an innate talent for fostering meaningful connections. Her genuine love for people elevates client experiences to new heights.

Emerging from an Fashion Ecommerce background in Utah Valley, Kristen, along with her partner Logan and their 2 young children, moved to Park City in 2021, where she was licensed and began managing in the Real Estate space. 

Her favorite Park City season is Summer when she and her family can be found enjoying Park City’s renowned outdoor music festivals, beautiful warm lake weather on the boat and roller coasters at the local theme park.  She loves music, arts of all kinds, dancing and a reliable container for organizing.
