Citing swift growth in its first year, Christie’s International Real Estate Park City announced additions to its leadership team — Jake Doilney as principal broker, and Meghan Tuohig as managing director.
Doilney was raised in Park City and born into a family with a long career history in home development and real estate. He began his 25-year career in the family business with his father and uncle before becoming a broker himself in 2003.
He owned and operated Glenwild Realty in Park City from 2006 to 2017, representing buyers and sellers across Park City, Heber Valley and Salt Lake City. He went on to open another brokerage in 2018, The Agency Park City.
“It takes a unique individual to commit to being the type of broker who answers every call, stays informed about every market, and creates memorable experiences for both customers and agents. But that is exactly what Jake does,” said Sam Cubis, co-founder and partner of Christie’s Park City. “He genuinely believes that excelling in this industry requires being available and connected. He applies this philosophy to every aspect of his life, from managing a brokerage to running his household.”
Tuohig is a longtime Utah resident and alumni of the University of Utah, Westminster College and New York University. She joined Overstock in March 2004 and held various leadership roles, culminating as chief people officer. In this role, sh was responsible for attracting, developing, engaging, retaining, and caring for the employees who drive the business. She oversaw the company’s recruiting, human resources, compensation and benefits, training, and communications efforts.
At Christie’s, Tuohig will implement people-centric strategies that foster engaged, diverse and productive work environments, according to Christie’s officials.
“Meghan has been an incredible asset to bring on and help grow Christie’s Park City,” said Ben Fisher, co-founder and partner. “As a longtime local to the area, she brings her years of corporate experience and business acumen to the rapidly expanding local brokerage to continue to set us up for future success. We couldn’t be happier to have her on board as our new managing director. “
Forming in August 2023, Christie’s International Real Estate Park City started with core founders Sam Cubis, Ben Fisher, Matt Magnotta and Ace Allak, and soon added Molly Crosswhite and Rachel Retzer. The brokerage grew from five licensed agents to over 60 in less than a year. For more information, visit christiesrealestate.com or christiesrealestatepc.com
